SR ASSOCIATE, HR COUNTRY MGT
This role covers the full range of HR Country Management functions in India; primarily job responsibilities include HR administration and operations, payroll and benefits administration, HR Metrics and analysis, labor compliance, HR policies and processes implementation, Employee relations and engagement, grievance redressal and disciplinary matters, International and India HR projects on need basis. Key Responsibilities and deliverables: Few of the key responsibilities / activities that this position is expected to work on:
End to end HR processes related to the employee lifecycle
Employee onboarding, joining formalities, processing letters
Systematic creation and maintenance of employee records – personal files
Support Benefits administration to include payroll, Provident Fund, National Pension Fund, Insurance, Gratuity, Leave, Meal Coupons, car lease, health check, EAP etc
Support employee engagement, stay interviews, skip manager meetings and HR awareness sessions
Exit interviews and support analysis, talent retention initiatives

Supporting, coordinating and tracking labor compliance activities carried out by the compliance vendor
Implement HR policies, stay updated on published policies, market practices and provide feedback, help drawing up policies and processes and their interpretation on need basis.
Collecting, collating and analyzing the HR related information from peer group companies in India and preparing statistical data in support of HR policy proposals on need basis
Engage with employees, actively participate in various employee network and engagement initiatives, take initiatives and enhance engaging culture in the organization
Address employee / manager queries on HR policies, conduct policy awareness sessions
Support M&A related initiatives, work force planning, necessary documentations if any on need basis
Support Business Unit Managers on PIP and Disciplinary process and documentation
Involve in India and International HR projects as required (on need basis)
Support HR Vendor Management and related processes
Country specific HR process advisory

Job Requirements – Bangalore Jobs
A good command of English is a must.
Basic knowledge of labor law, performance management and disciplinary processes
Good team player – good interpersonal and communication skills. Support senior members in the team
Good expertise in MS Office suite including MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
Ability to analyze problems and propose innovative, creative solutions.
Exposure to few HR administration functions in IT industry is preferred
Basic knowledge of modern HR trends and best practices is preferred
Exposure to any HR Information Systems is preferred
Graduation / Post graduation in Human Resources
Good academic track record
1 – 4year experience in an Indian / MNC IT company of repute in a generalist and HR administration role.
